WHO members advance talks on pathogen access and benefit-sharing

World Health Organization members advanced negotiations on a system for pathogen access and benefit-sharing, a key operational part of international pandemic cooperation.

The talks address how samples, data, vaccines and other countermeasures could be shared more quickly and fairly during a future health emergency.
